“Eco swaps” are items that you can swap out a less eco-friendly product and replace it with something more sustainable. Eco swaps are easy to implement in all areas of your home and lifestyle. We focus on these key three eco habits that are easy to implement in all areas of your home and lifestyle.

The idea of zero waste is to produce and make as little waste as possible.Then, with any waste that is generated, compost, reuse, or recycle whatever is left.
It’s easy to start – simply be more mindful about your purchases and take care of the things you already own. Be conscious to be plastic-free and use less disposable items. Not only will you save money, you also minimize waste into our landfills and lower the impacts of climate change. Go Zero Waste!

A plant-based diet emphasizes whole foods from plantslike fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and beans, while limiting foods like meats, seafood, dairy, eggs and processed foods. It doesn’t mean that you are vegetarian or vegan, and never eat meat. Rather, you are choosing to make plant-based foods the central part of your meals. You can start by simply swapping out some of the processed items on your plate for fresh fruits and vegetables.
Plant-based is not limited to foods only. Many brands reduce the amount of chemicals used in their products by replacing them with clean, natural ingredients derived from plants. A plant-based lifestyle is better for your budget, your health and longevity, our precious animals and the planet. Go Plant-based!

Shopping locally is buying from a local business instead of shopping online or going to a large retailer. Your locally sourced or crafted items are one of a kind and carry a unique story. Shopping becomes more meaningful and trustful, and it’s a lovely feeling to know you’re supporting your own community.
Supporting local businesses is as simple as buying coffee from your local café or soap from a local brand instead of the big brand shops. Time to sort through your home and pick out some items that are unused and unwanted to bring with you to our next swap event on April 8th.
Our swap events were originally created to divert usable clothing from the trash bins. We soon learned that there many many other items that people were interested to swap as well.
Now, you can drop off clothing and home accessories/items that you don't need butstill has useful life left in them. In exchange, pick up something that might be of use to you instead. Win win for everyone!
Accepted Items: Clean and undamaged Clothing, Shoes, Fashion Accessories, Small Household Electronics, Stationery/Books, Toys, Small Household Deco
NOT Accepted: Stained and damaged Clothing/Shoes/Accessories, Underwear/Socks, Food Items, Hazardous Materials (paints, varnishes, etc.), Construction Materials, Freon Items, anything broken or missing parts.
